From Riyadh, Jeddah and every city in Saudi Arabia
Al Rahwan International ShippingFrom Saudi Arabia to the Gulf and the world
We ship furniture, cars, parcels, goods and equipment to the UAE, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain and Jordan, arranging the packing, the paperwork and the shipping method that suits your destination.
Three modes — we recommend the right one, not the dearest
We ask about volume, weight, budget and arrival date, then explain the difference plainly before you choose.
By a wide margin the most economical for large shipments, containers and cars, and the main route to most of our destinations outside the Gulf.
🗃️
Full container (FCL)
A container set aside for your shipment — 20 ft, 40 ft or 40 ft high cube. Faster and safer.
🧩
Part load (LCL)
Share a container and pay by your volume in cubic metres — the best value for small shipments.
🚗
RoRo for cars
The car is driven onto the ship — cheaper than a container as long as it runs.
🏗️
Equipment and machinery
Shipped in a container or on a flat rack, lashed down, with temporary-import papers.
Ports and crossings: Jeddah Islamic Port · King Abdulaziz Port in Dammam · King Fahd Port in Jubail and Yanbu
The fastest when the cost of delay is higher than the price gap — urgent shipments, high-value pieces and documents.
⚡
Urgent shipments
The quickest option available, right when the date matters more than the cost.
💎
High-value pieces
Small size and high value — the cost gap against sea is comparatively small.
📄
Documents and samples
With a value invoice, even for gifts and samples.
⚖️
Volumetric weight
The carrier charges on the higher of actual and volumetric weight — good packing saves money.
Ports and crossings: King Khalid · King Abdulaziz · King Fahd airports
The best fit for the Gulf and Jordan — faster than sea and cheaper than air, on regular trips.
🗓️
Regular trips
A fixed schedule to the UAE and the rest of the Gulf.
🚛
Enclosed trailers
Protected from dust and rain all the way, fully secured.
🛂
Border formalities
We complete the paperwork and procedures at the crossing and follow them.
🚪
Door to door
Collected from your location and delivered straight to the consignee.
Ports and crossings: Batha · Salwa · King Fahd Causeway · Al-Raqai · Halat Ammar
What we ship
The kinds of shipments we handle
From a whole household to a container of commercial goods to a single car — each has its own method, paperwork and packing.
🛋️Household furniture
Home furniture and belongings for expatriates and returnees — by sea in a full or part container, packed to withstand humidity and a long voyage.
🗃️Full container (FCL)
A container used by your shipment alone — 20 ft, 40 ft or 40 ft high cube. Faster and safer.
🧩Part load (LCL)
Share a container and pay only for the space you use — the best value for small and medium shipments.
🚗Cars
In a container for maximum protection, or on a RoRo vessel at lower cost, with clearance and paperwork handled.
📦Commercial goods
With the invoice, certificate of origin and conformity certificates for the items that need them.
🏗️Heavy equipment
Machinery and equipment shipped with proper lashing and temporary-import paperwork where needed.
🎁Personal effects and parcels
Small shipments, gifts and samples — with a declared value that keeps them from being held at customs.
🛃Customs clearance
Handled for export and on arrival, with full follow-up until release.
How we work

1Quote request
You send the shipment details and we come back with an itemised quote.
2Collection and packing
We collect from your location and pack for the route and the length of the trip.
3Documents
We prepare the bill of lading, invoice, packing list and certificate of origin.
4Clearance and export
We complete export clearance and follow the paperwork through.
5Shipping and follow-up
The shipment is on its way and we update you at every stage.
6Delivery
Arrival clearance and delivery to the final consignee address.
Why Al Rahwan
Six reasons you can measure, not just hear
We do not say "the best" — we say exactly what we do, so you can hold us to it.
🛃Complete customs clearance
We handle export, release and arrival formalities and follow each one with you until the cargo is released.
🗺️Wide coverage
The Gulf as our regular core line, then Turkey, the Levant, North Africa and Egypt, and the rest of the world.
📄Documents done right
Packing list, invoice and certificate of origin are drawn up in a form customs accept — not rejected at the border.
🚢Three modes, not one
We recommend sea, air or land by your volume, budget and deadline — not by what suits us.
💬Direct contact
One WhatsApp number that gets answered — no call centre and no support tickets.
🧾Itemised quotes
Every line is explained, and what the price does not cover is stated plainly before you agree.
Customs clearance
We handle customs clearance at export and on arrival
What delays shipments most is not the ship but the missing paper. We prepare the documents and complete release and clearance at export and on arrival, so there is one party answerable to you.
Bill of lading, packing list and commercial invoice
Certificate of origin and conformity certificates for the items that need them
The customs declaration and release procedures at the export point
Clearance at the arrival port and follow-up until release
Pointing out missing documents before you book, not after

Send the Saudi city you are shipping from, the destination, the type of goods and their volume or weight through the quote form or WhatsApp. We check the available route and come back with an itemised quote that shows what the price includes and what it does not.
What is the difference between a full container and a part load?
A full container is yours alone, so it is faster and safer. In a part load you share a container with other shipments and pay only for your volume — cheaper, but consolidation and deconsolidation take longer.
Do you handle customs clearance?
Yes. We handle export clearance in Saudi Arabia and clearance on arrival — directly or through our approved agents at the destination, depending on each country's rules. Either way, the follow-up stays with us.
How long does a shipment take?
It varies a great deal with the mode, the destination, the vessel or flight schedule and customs procedures. We give you an estimated transit time in the quote, and tell you straight away if a delay arises at the port or border.
Which documents are required?
For commercial goods: a commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, commercial registration and the importer's tax number. For cars: a valid registration, the owner's ID and a finance release letter if the car is financed. We guide you step by step before you book.
Do you ship household furniture internationally?
Yes, and it is one of the things we ship most. A full household usually goes by sea in a 20 ft or 40 ft container depending on its volume, or as a part load if there are only a few pieces. We pack in humidity-resistant materials because the sea voyage is long, and prepare a detailed packing list because customs reject general lists such as "household items". Used personal effects may be exempt from duty under conditions that differ between countries, and we explain them before shipping.
Do you ship cars?
Yes — in a container for maximum protection, or on RoRo vessels at a lower cost. Personal belongings must not be left inside the car, and the fuel tank should hold a quarter or less.
Can the goods be under-declared on the invoice?
No. Under-declaring value is a legal violation that can lead to a fine or seizure, and we take no part in it. We help you with the correct customs classification, which can lawfully lower the duty.
What if the shipment is damaged?
We document the condition of the cargo before loading and offer optional insurance cover. On delivery the condition is compared with the record, and any visible damage is noted on the receiving report before you sign.
