The data we collect

What you send us. When you request a quotation, book a shipment or contact us, we receive your name, mobile number, your email if you give one, the pickup city and destination, the type and description of the shipment and any note you write.
What is recorded automatically. General technical data about a visit, such as device type, browser, pages viewed and time of visit, used to measure and improve the site. We do not use it to identify you.
Phone and WhatsApp. When you call or message us we receive your number and the content of the message, and keep what is needed to follow up your request.

Why we use it

To prepare a quotation for your shipment and contact you about it.
To carry out the shipment: booking, packing, customs clearance, delivery and keeping you informed.
To answer your questions and complaints.
To improve the site and our services using aggregated visit data that does not reveal individuals.

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use your number for marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Who can see it

We share your data only as far as carrying out your shipment requires: carriers, shipping lines and airlines, customs clearance agents in Saudi Arabia and the destination country, and government authorities where the law requires it. Site data may be held by our hosting provider and measurement tools, limited to what is needed to run the service.

Cookies

The site uses cookies that are necessary for it to work and load quickly, and may use measurement cookies to learn how many visits it receives and which pages help most. You can disable or delete them in your browser settings, although some features may be affected.

Retention and protection

We keep your request data for as long as we work with you and afterwards for as long as follow-up, legal and accounting obligations require, then delete or anonymise it. Data is protected by encrypted connections (HTTPS) and by limiting access to the staff handling your request.

Your rights

You may ask what data we hold about you, request a copy, ask us to correct or delete it unless the law requires us to keep it, and withdraw your consent to any use that depends on it.
